Works fairly well for the distance I have to bring the car and what to do / where to go whilst I am waiting for it . Have chosen to be dropped off somewhere rather than wait in the showroom .

Was serviced via BMW garage. Was not great customer service when the reaslied I had a mini not a bmw! The service department were great. Just not the staff.

When I booked my service it was quite early in the morning so we got up early to deliver car and we would have waited for it. But we were told that car wouldn't been looked at for a couple of hours so we had to leave it and come back.

Found mark on roof on car - sales person tried to have someone to clean it but mark remained - now book it to have it done properly.Told I would have a full tank of petrol but only had half. Salesperson took it to local petrol station to fill up.

Having a recall for my car was rectified quickly and also having my car washed too is a little touch! I was disappointed to find a few scratches near the left headlight where they had been fixing it up.

Never had a problem with the service.Goes in for service comes out serviced and cleaned inside and out.Never any up selling, unlike other vehicles I have had where they say this needs fixing and that needs fixing and ending up with a horrendous bill.

Sat for two hours in a cold showroom, no tea/coffee facilities as machine broken. When asked if someone could find out how much longer I would have to wait, receptionist only then offered me a drink. This should be first priority if waiting for Car.
