Please see previous comment. I am 100 unsatisfied with the customer service I have received my car has been damaged on 2 separate occasions by mini fairfield.

Fairfield Mini Service dept ALWAYS look after me and make my experience as enjoyable as parting with cash can be. Gary and his team offer the best in customer care. Excellent experience.

The time to get an appointment was longer than expected. The wash the car had was not to the best standards. Local car valets do better jobs.

I was disappointed that after spending £264 the car was not put through the car wash. The dealership has offered a complimentary wash and vacuum but this will mean having to complete a 12 mile roundtrip.

The service part was ok throughout untill they phoned me up on Thursday To tell me the car is ready. When on Monday i went to pick it up. I was told i would have to wait for it to be washed. 2hours i had to wait.

While the customer service has been faultless, I was surprised at the degradation of the parts needing replacement. I've only had the car for about fifteen very lightly used months. I somehow expected better following my experiences in the cooper.
