Billy couldn't do enough for me, it was a brilliant customer experience. Several of his colleagues were also involved, made me feel like I was their only customer. Have already recommended to family and friends.

Mitchell Ferguson, Retail Consultant, listened to my needs, regarding purchasing. There was a 'stop' put on the car by MINI UK and Mitchell and other staff at the centre kept me informed and up to date with any news. The Mini Centre was very helpful

Billy Callahan was very professional and gave me a lot of advice when I placed the order I then had Mitchell Ferguson (as Billy was on leave) who was equally as professional and very helpful with the handover of my new car and the PCP and insurance
