3 times I requested my service book to be stamped it hasn't therefore I need to make a journey to Leigh on Sea to have my service light reset and book stamped.When this should have been completed on the day. I even wrote the request down with my spar

Was not told about "Protect X £400" option yet this was placed on my pricing schedule without my consent. I had to ask what it was then state I do not want this option.

Just took car in they did the rest - they even cleaned the car (and it was very dirty!), I had a nice coffee whilst I was waiting, Billy Callaghan came over and spoke to me too (he sold me the car) - it was nice to be remembered!
I waited while my service was carried out and found the staff very friendly and there was also drinks available

Staff are very helpful and although the work took longer than expected, having a courtesy care made it all much easier.
after a brake fluid service, I noticed the peddle felt spongy as if air had been introduced into the system, i raised this with fairfield, and they wasted an hour of my time, only to say they could find nothing wrong. I guess ill be fixing it myself
Service was booked in at a suitable time. Car was collected and dropped back which made the experience very easy. No work was required so can't say how that would've gone.
I've visited Fairfield twice since I've owned my MINI & both times the experience has been a pleasant one. The people there have been polite, friendly & efficient, the service, great. Couldn't ask for more.
Kept car all day for 3 year warranty check and MOT. While you wait service would be preferred. Car had to be collected by 6pm or left overnight..

Even though there was a small misubderstanding with my booking, work still took place on schedule and was completed on time. I was made to feel very comfortable and very welcome throughout my stay.

For the same reasons I would recommend MINI to family and friends.
The service, brake fluid change and front brakes were carried out in the time specified. Friendly service manager. I was also sent a short video by the technician showing me the underside of the car with comment on the findings. Luckily all ok !
rather a shame as it was raining Billy still had time to show us the working parts

Very quick and gave my car a little clean too. When booking into service there was a hiccup as I turned up on a Friday but was not stated the date so I turned up on the wrong Friday.
Initially I was looking to change my current mini for a used mini that I had seen on the website. Billy was fabulous and infact gave me the option of going into a brand new mini for the same price, which I decided to go for.
The car arrived slightly later than I was first told, but I was kept informed and other than that everything was fine. Very happy
